I am available for consultations Monday – Friday 9am-9-30pm and Saturdays & Sundays from 10am until 5pm.

Consultations may be booked either by phone or by completing the contact form below. When using this form please indicate your preferred date, time, and clinic (Mayfair, City, Clapham Junction or Clapham Common), and make sure you include your contact details so I can get back to you to set up your consultation.

Once your appointment has been booked and payment has been received, you will receive a nutritional questionnaire which includes a three-day food diary. To ensure that you get the most out of your consultation, please complete and return this questionnaire via email at least two days in advance of your appointment. This will allow me to complete a lot of the preliminary analysis before we meet, and maximise the time available during the consultation for us to work together to build an effective and appropriate nutritional plan.

Please note that my receipt of your completed questionnaire prior to your appointment is a pre-requisite of your initial consultation.

To get to the clinic from Bond Street underground station it’s just a one minute walk:
1). Turn right out of Bond Street station until you reach Burton / Dorothy Perkins on your right hand side.
2). Walk down Davies Street for a few paces and you’ll see South Molton Street on your left hand side as the road forks.
3). Number 58 is approximately three quarters of the way down South Molton Street, on the left.

To get to the studio from Liverpool Street Station it’s  5 minute walk:
1). Exit Liverpool Street Station onto Bishopsgate Road and walk towards The Gherkin.
2). At the set of cross roads turn onto Camomile Street. St Mary’s Axe is the first road you’ll come to on off Camomile Street on your right hand side.
3). The entrance to the No.1 studio on 50 St. Mary’s Axe should have an ‘A’ board outside. Press the buzzer marked “No.1 Fitness” and when you walk into reception, let the receptionist know you’re visiting No.1 Personal Training Studios. Make your way down to the basement level and I’ll be waiting for you there so just ask the gym receptionist for me.

To get to the studio from Clapham Junction station it’s  5 minute walk:
1). Turn right out of Clapham Junction station using the St John’s Hill exit
2). Walk up the road and you’ll pass a Fitness First on your right hand side. Continue walking up St John’s Hill until you get to a set of cross roads with The Plough restaurant on your left hand side.
3). BYCJ is on the same side of the road as The Plough, a few units down.

To get to the clinic from Clapham Common underground station:
1). Take the Clapham Common south side/ Clapham Park Road exit as you come out of the tube station.
2). At the top of the stairs turn left and continue walking down Clapham Common High Street.
3). Clapham Common Clinic is number 151-153. On arrival, press the buzzer and walk up one flight of stairs and you’ll see a glass door through to the reception room.
