JessMy love affair with food can be traced back to my childhood in the Mediterranean. The joy of the simple, fresh, whole ingredients that characterise the Mediterranean diet – and the vitality that they bring to both body and soul – catalysed a lifelong passion for food and set me on the path to a career in nutrition.

I studied for three years at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition and am a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist. I am a member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), which is the regulatory body for Nutritional Therapists and am on the register of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) - the hallmark of quality in the nutritional therapy sector.

At present I am head of nutrition at Graze.com, the UK’s best-known supplier of healthy snacks through the post, and have also teamed up with a leading personal training company in the city, where I offer bespoke diet plans to clients who have embarked on a body transformation programme. I am committed to delivering outstanding results, helping my clients achieve healthy, nutrition-led weight loss via a synergetic and holistic approach combining the support of their personal trainers with my own guided nutritional expertise. I also give regular presentations on specific nutritional subjects to corporate groups, sports clubs, and members of the public.

I have particular interests in weight management, sports nutrition, digestive disorders and stress/ anxiety, but also regularly see clients seeking nutritional guidance for a much wider range of health concerns.

My approach:

Through a process of inspiration, re-education and support, my empathetic but straight talking approach will help you find the balance you need to maintain the body and lifestyle you want.

I take the demands of your lifestyle into account – whether that’s international travel, the demands of family life or a reluctance to cook – and will work with you to formulate a realistic food plan with practical and enjoyable recommendations which will help fine-tune your eating habits for the long term, restore your body to optimum health and help you eat intelligently amongst the realities of everyday life.

My Vision:

My vision is to inspire individuals to take responsibility for their own health. The kitchen can be a powerful pharmacy and our body has an astounding ability to heal itself if given the right tools. I want to help you connect the dots and transform your life into one that is full of excellent health and wellbeing.

I am passionate about lasting change and offer individualized guidance, focused on a move towards fantastically healthy, whole, unprocessed foods to ensure that your good habits stick and you continue to achieve exceptional results.
